In this project, we aim to foster meaningful collaboration for the co-construction of knowledge around Parkinson\u2019s disease (PD) and dementia, using the performing arts as an interactive knowledge mobilization format. Our project involves direct collaboration with the performing arts community in Montreal \u2013 including dancers, musicians, and circus performers \u2013 to explore novel ways of presenting scientific data from the micro to macro scale.<\/p>\n<p>We have created Piece of Mind &#8212; an interdisciplinary team of PD\/dementia community stakeholders, performing artists, and neuroscientists to create performance pieces that integrate recent scientific discoveries from the Montreal neuroscience community and lived experiences of those affected by these conditions.
